EWPAR is the best NVQ assessment process for Carpenters & Joiners who have considerable experience of working (full or part time).  It will only take two days, during which you will demonstrate your skills in a series of practical exercises.

This qualification is the Level 2 NVQ in Site Carpentry and Site Joinery and will lead to you being able to get your CSCS Skilled Worker Blue Card.

If you are unsure whether or not you qualify for this route, contact us and we will advise you if you have sufficient general carpentry/joinery experience to take this qualification.

We will also arrange for your assessment process to be assisted by Government Funding on your behalf, subject to your eligibility.

We then send you an induction pack.  You will find it is very easy to complete and we will provide any assistance you need to get this done.  The induction pack will tell you what tools you need to bring with you, what we will provide and the exercises you will be doing.

We will then meet with you at the SuperSkills Centre to carry out the assessment.  Between the exercises, you will discuss your experience and work you have done with the assessor, who will lead you every step of the way.

People come from all over the country to get their NVQ at SuperSkills in Thirsk. Yorkshire – we can make arrangements for accomodation if you need this.
