(The “Overall Satisfaction Score” is calculated using the questions contained in the Skills Funding Agency’s annual “Learner Satisfaction Survey”.  As a Skills Funding Agency approved training provider, SuperSkills has to take part in the survey for three months each year.  However, we keep it open all year round to ensure we continue to provide the highest standards of customer service against Government recognised criteria .)
